Operations No overnight updates, local news media out discussing weather impacts
ESF-1 Monitoring road conditions as they become available, working on a list to separate Michael from Florence. Working to update Palmetto maps. 58 road closures, all due to Hurricane Florence, nothing new on Michael. Road crews will be out as soon as the winds die down. Check website. We will be here all day.
ESF-4/9 We have local teams on alert status. Senior management staff standing by
ESF-6 16 shelters with 75 clients, does not include shelter from Florence that is still open. Many shelters are going to close today.
ESF-8 DHEC on standby, calls scheduled today, ambulance crews down in Tallahassee, nothing significant to report
ESF-10 No report
ESF-12 Right now, 95k outages, could go up a little bit, utility partners staging and ready to go as soon as it is safe
ESF-14 No report
ESF-15 Media crews here, social media traffic is mostly about delays/closures
ESF-16 Supplemented day shift with 80 troopers throughout the state for a 12 hour shift until 6pm, Friday morning we will bring them back out if needed
ESF-19 DOD said there were numerous Title 10 forces prepositioned, no one on state active duty at this time, enacted phone tree for key units if word comes down that we need them, utilizing full time staff, highly postured
Logistics Report same as 10pm last night, no new EMAC requests.  If you see a roof leak, let us know. Sanitizer wipes available to clean your stations.
Plans No report
Operations No decision on a night shift tonight, plan on it. REMs getting information to us as quickly as possible, 5 counties at OPCON 1, 40 counties have school closings, 27 counties with county government closures. AAR comments in Palmetto. County conference call at 8:30am.
