Monday Morning: Legislative Program and Participants from 8:30 am – 10:30 am

SCACS’s involvement in the legislative process is probably the most recognizable benefit for members – suppliers and retailers! After all, the legislative process regulates how, when, where, and sometime how much we are able to do business in this state.

This year, the association has invited some of the major players in the legislative arena in the state. As several hot topics continue to affect our industry, you don’t want to miss this popular panel discussion. Issues that directly affect SCACS members’ businesses will also be on the agenda. As always, we will ask our legislative guests to make themselves available to you for some one-on-one time as well as other group interactions throughout the SCACS convention.

Make plans to spend time with and hear from legislators including: Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Representative Brian White; Representative Gary Simrill; Senator Shane Martin; and, Senator Mike Gambrell.
